SMART (Skills Management and Resume Tracking System) is a prototype system which is being developed at Mission Critical Technologies, Inc.  This system will handle hiring and listing of positions for the NASA Ames Research Center's Internship Program.

Applicants to the internship program can register here for free and post their resume to the system.  The applicants will be asked to select the groups that they would like to submit their applications to.  The task requester of the technical group can access the candidates application.  This is to facilitate instantaneous matching.

Task Requesters can login to the system and search for candidates who have registered with the system.  They can either choose to hire candidates or request interviews with candidates.  The request will be forwarded to recruiters who can fulfill the request.
